Portal Maintenance Notice

Saturday, Jan. 10 at 10:00PM ET to Sunday, Jan. 11 at 12:00PM ET, we will be performing maintenance on SECUREServe. During the time, the customer portal may not be available.

Already have a Manulife ID?

If you’ve already set up a Manulife ID, sign in now to access SecureServe®.

The first time you sign in with your Manulife ID, you will need to connect it with your SecureServe® account.
After you have connected the two, you will always be able to use your Manulife ID to sign in.

Create a Manulife ID

If you haven’t set up your username and password, you’ll need to do this first.

It’s different from your password and plan number that you previously used to sign into SecureServe®.
You will set up a Manulife ID for each plan number that you have.
For secondary policy holders you will need to set up a Manulife ID.
